PRODUCT INFORMATION

OUR GUARANTEE

All products on the Site are guaranteed to be delivered in “good working condition” of which relates to the quality of DVD playback and/or the physical state of the product(s) when it is received by the purchaser. All sales are final and refunds will not be given. In the event that you receive a non working product, an exchange for the same product in “good working condition” will be re-shipped in a timely fashion. Should you experience any issues as mentioned above please visit our “contact us” tab located on the bottom of the home page and email your questions or concerns to the appropriate email address.

ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you use the Site to purchase a product, payment must be received by Redfield Manor prior to Redfield Manor’s acceptance of an order, unless otherwise agreed by Redfield Manor. Redfield Manor may need to verify information you provide before Redfield Manor accepts an order, and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed, including but not limited to the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error. If payment already has been made and your order is canceled or limited, Redfield Manor will refund any payment you made for the product that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase. Redfield Manor expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to the Terms.

In ordering products through the Site, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information. You hereby certify that any e-mail account you provide to Redfield Manor is registered to you. Redfield Manor shall have the right to bar your access to and use of the Site if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have provided untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information to Redfield Manor. All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. Redfield Manor may prohibit delivery to addresses outside the United States and Canada. Redfield Manor will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. Redfield Manor reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on the Site without incurring any obligation to you. Products displayed on this Site are available while supplies last. SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted, Redfield Manor will use its best efforts to ship products within one week of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery or shipment date provided by Redfield Manor to you is Redfield Manor’s good-faith estimate. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. Redfield Manor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Amy Stevens’ Cooking4Canines contains a variety of tips and recommendations for preparingfood for your dog. These recipes are not intended to replace your dog’s regular diet. All recipeshave been evaluated and approved by a licensed veterinarian. Always consult with your veterinarian if you have any questions or concerns about the ingredients contained within therecipes. These recipes are designed to be fed safely to the majority of dogs; however the ingredients, method of preparation and individuals' response may vary. Therefore the pet owner bears ultimate responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur. Always make sure raw ingredients are cooked sufficiently. Do not feed any food item to your dog if your dog is known to be allergic to an ingredient contained within the recipe. For those dogs that have an allergy, we suggest an alternate protein or flour source; potato flour or soy flour make good alternatives. Duck, turkey, rabbit or bison are suitable substitutes for beef and chicken and can be found in most high end grocery stores.
