Will Yoga4Dogs help me and my dog get in shape?

Yoga4Dogs is intended to strengthen and tone the inner-core and muscles of both human and canine participants and increase flexibility.

Does it matter if I have a big or small dog?

Yoga4Dogs features two different workout routines, one for small dogs and one for big dogs. Of course we recommend consulting your veterinarian before beginning any of our exercises.

What if my dog resists when doing Yoga4Dogs?

It's never a good idea to force your dog to participate in any exercise they are reluctant to do. Many dogs may be apprehensive at first, simply be patient with your dog and gently try again during the next workout.

How often should I do the Yoga4Dogs workout routine?

Whenever you and your dog feel like having a great work out.

Is it okay to split up the workout routine?

Absolutely! If it works better for you and your dog to divide the routine into multiple sessions, feel free to do so.

Will I need props to participate in Yoga4Dogs?

We recommend a yoga mat, but it is not necessary. And maybe some Yummy Yoga Dog Snacks(recipe included with DVD).

Should I warm up prior to beginning my work out?

It is always a good idea to warm up before performing any exercise routine.

What if I feel sore after a Yoga workout?

When beginning a new workout, it is perfectly natural to feel sore as you are using muscles you do not normally use. If you feel your discomfort is more intense than you would normally expect, discontinue use and contact a physician.

What if I would like to donate to a non-listed charity?

At this time Yoga4Dogs only has agreements to donate to one of the listed charities.

Do I have to donate to one of your charities?

At Yoga4Dogs we feel good about being able to contribute part of our proceeds to organizations that need our help.

What is your return policy?

We are certain you will have as much fun doing Yoga4Dogs as we had creating it. Of course if there are any problems with the DVD please contact us and we will send out a new copy. Our Guarantee
